CORAM:

HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE A.K. CHAWLA

O R D E R

% 18.05.2017 Heard partly.

During the course of the hearing, learned counsel for the applicant seeks permission to withdraw the application. The bail application is dismissed as withdrawn. While adverting on the subject, it is strange to know that in the case in hand the FIR has come to be registered on a complaint which was made 4-1/2 months before.

In a case, where serious allegations have come to be made and the anticipatory bail has come to be withdrawn in view thereof, how could the police be indiligent to such an extent, cannot be understood. It is expected that the Commissioner of Police would look into the reasons for such a delay and take necessary action at his end to

streamline the things and ensure that such delays in sensitive cases do not occur.
