OMP(E) (Comm.)25/2018 This petition has been filed by the petitioner seeking assistance of this Court for summoning the witness to appear before the Sole Arbitrator to give evidence in the arbitration proceedings. Counsel for the respondent, who appears on an advance notice, submits that the respondent has no objection if the application is allowed.

Having perused the contents of the petition and also no objection expressed by the counsel for the respondent, let summons for appearance be issued to the PIO/Administrative Officer, RP Cell, East Delhi Municipal Corporation, 1st Floor, A-2 Block, Udyog Sadan, Patparganj Industrial Area, Delhi-110092 to appear before the Sole Arbitrator Sh.K.S.Khurana at Metro Bhawan, Fire Brigade Lane, Barakhamba Road, New Delhi-110001 on 23rd August, 2018 at 4.00

PM. along with relevant record pertaining to information given under RTI as per communication No.AO/RPC/EDMC/2015/D-622 dated 5th November, 2015.

The diet money shall be paid to the witness on his appearance before the Sole Arbitrator.

Summons be given dasti to the counsel for the petitioner for service on the said witness.
