1. Since the claim amount as well as the awarded amount in each of these four petitions are less than Rs. 1 crore, the matters are transferred to the District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts.
2. It is stated that the Respondent is a senior citizen more than 85 years old. The learned District Judge is therefore, requested to fix the dates for accordingly for expeditious disposal of the petitions.
3. The petitions will be listed before the District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari Courts on 10th January, 2017.
