It is submitted by Mr.Rahul Mehra, Sr.Standing counsel for the GNCTD that the authorities at the highest are already seized of the matter. In view thereof no intervention by this Court is called for. 2.
Learned counsel for the petitioner prays for leave to withdraw this writ petition. The same is dismissed as withdrawn. In case the petitioner is aggrieved by the final action taken by the authority, it is always open for him to invoke the appropriate jurisdiction in accordance with law.

Mr.Rahul Mehra, Sr.Standing counsel for the GNCTD also
raises a preliminary objection with regard to the maintainability of the writ petition. Given the fact that the writ petitioner has prayed for withdrawal of the writ petition, it is not necessary for us to examine this objection in this petition which is left open for consideration with appropriate proceedings.
