These three appeals have been preferred against the interim orders passed by the learned Single Judge pending W.P.(C) Nos.2775/2012, 6389/2012 and 5784/2012 respectively. By the said orders, the proceedings of the Director General, Civil Aviation suspending the non-scheduled operators permits with immediate effect have been stayed. 2.
The orders under appeal came to be passed long back in the year 2012. Though the present appeals were entertained by the Division Bench in the year 2012 itself, there is no interim order pending the appeals and consequently the orders under appeal have been in operation all through. 3.
In these circumstances, it is neither necessary nor proper for us to enter into the merits of the case at this stage. 4.
Accordingly, leaving it open to both the parties to urge all the contentions raised in these appeals, including questions of law, in the pending writ petitions, the appeals are disposed of. CHIEF JUSTICE JAYANT NATH, J APRIL 21, 2016 kks
