Since an appeal being Criminal Appeal No. 1620/2013 has been filed on behalf of the victim, as agreed, the present leave to appeal is allowed. Office is directed to register the same as an appeal. It is also agreed that the appeal filed by the victim being Criminal Appeal No. 1620/2013 be disposed of with the agreed understanding that all grounds raised in Criminal Appeal No. 1620/2013 may be raised by the complainant
