% 07.09.2016 Sh.P.Roychaudhuri, the learned ASC appearing for the GNCTD has placed before this Court the order dated 29.08.2016 passed by the Govt. of NCT of Delhi, Services Department withdrawing the order dated 15.06.2016, which is impugned in the present petition. In view of the said order dated 15.06.2016, it is submitted by the learned counsels for both the parties that nothing survives for adjudication on merits.
