The application is disposed of.

WP(Crl.) No. 2177/2016 Petitioners and respondent Nos. 2 to 4 are related to each other. They are neighbours.

Quarrel took place between them on some trivial matter wherein petitioners assaulted respondent Nos. 2 to 4 resulting simple injuries on their person.

On the complaint of respondent No.2, present FIR No. 274/2016 was registered under Sections 323/341/34 IPC at Police Station Mianwali Nagar.

Being the members of the same family,

petitioners and respondent Nos. 2 to 4 have settled the disputes, in order to maintain harmonious relations in future. Respondent Nos. 2 to 4 are present in Court and have been identified by ASI Umed Singh of Police Station Mianwali Nagar.

They submit that FIR may be quashed in view of the said settlement.

It may be noted that investigations are still pending. Accordingly, keeping in view the totalities of the circumstances, FIR No.

274/2016 registered under Sections 323/341/34 IPC at Police Station Mianwali Nagar is quashed. The petition is disposed of.
