The applicant has filed the present application, inter alia, seeking modification in the judgement dated 17.08.2017 rendered by the bench of Hon'ble Justice Sachdeva. The applicant, essentially, prays that the directions issued under the said judgement may not be taken as the final expression of opinion regarding the commission/omission of any civil or criminal act by the applicant.

It is seen that the present application is, essentially, in the nature of review and is, therefore, required to be considered by the Hon'ble Judge who had rendered the aforesaid judgment.
