% 12.04.2017 Present writ petition has been filed seeking a direction to respondents to allow the petitioner to restart the leasing operations in four tonnes parcel leasing space in Train No. 12554 Ex. NDLS to BJU. Considering the fact that the petitioner‟s lease agreement is coming to an end on 29th April, 2017, this Court is not inclined to exercise its writ jurisdiction.

Accordingly, present writ petition and applications are disposed of. However, it is clarified that the issues raised in the present writ petition are left open to be decided in appropriate proceedings. MANMOHAN, J APRIL 12, 2017 rn
