Vide order dated 11th December, 2014 Director, Vigilance of the respondent was directed to investigate the matter and report as to whether petitioner has been 'set up'or has any 'hidden agenda' in filing the present petition. Learned counsel for the respondents submits that petitioner was not found available at the given address. Present writ petition appears to be a motivated one. Accordingly, writ petition is dismissed. Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
