Deputy Registrar (Listing) to give an explanation within two weeks, as to why this case has not been shown in the advance cause list. This is an application filed on behalf of appellant under Section 151 CPC for refund/release of Rs. 05 Lakhs kept in two FDRs with interest in favour of applicant/appellant.

Vide order dated 30.03.2016, Hon'ble Court directed that the amount deposited in the Court shall be refunded to the applicant/appellant, through counsel. In compliance of the said orders, the amount kept in the FDRs has been discharged in favour of the applicant/appellant by the Registrar General on the administrative side on 05.04.2016. Deputy Registrar (Budget & Accounts) is directed to release the FDR in favour of applicant/appellant, in terms of orders of Hon'ble Court dated 30.03.2016 against proper receipt and identification, as per rules.
