% 20.05.2015 Parties have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Settlement Agreement dated 25th March, 2015, which is marked as 'Mark-X'.

It is submitted that in terms of the settlement, parties have already filed first motion for grant of divorce by mutual consent, which has even been accepted yesterday by the Family Court. It is further submitted that parties shall abide by the terms of Settlement Agreement ('Mark-X'). In view of the settlement arrived at between the parties, it is ordered that in case of arrest petitioner be released on anticipatory bail subject to

furnishing a personal bond in the sum of `10,000/- with one surety in the like amount to the satisfaction of Arresting Officer/Investigating Officer/Station House Officer of the concerned police station. Bail application is disposed of in the above terms. A.K. PATHAK, J.
