The present suit has been placed before the court by the Registrar(Original) stating inter alia that the same has been received from the court of the District & Sessions Judge, South District, New Delhi in terms of the order dated 19.5.2016 stating that the matter does not pertain to the South District.

Learned counsel for the plaintiff states that the case pertains to New Delhi District, Patiala House Courts and the file may be directed to be forwarded to the said District. Ordered accordingly. 3.

The Registry is directed to transmit the case file to the concerned court at the earliest.

List before the concerned court on 2.9.2016.

As none is present on behalf of the defendants, counsel for the plaintiff shall give a written intimation of the next date of hearing to the counsel for the defendants.
