Petitioner's counsel submits that petitioner has "no objection" if respondents treat 7th January, 1995 as petitioner's date of birth. In the birth certificate, petitioner's date of birth is given as 7th January, 1995. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of with direction to the authorities concerned to treat petitioner's date of birth as 7th January, 1995.
