Mr. Rajat Katyal, APP a/w Insp Subhash Sharma
CORAM:
HON'BLE MR. JUSTICE VIPIN SANGHI

% 29.07.2016 Crl.M.A. No.11507/2016 Exemption allowed, subject to all just exceptions. The application stands disposed of.
BAIL APPLN. 1523/2016 The applicant seeks interim bail for a period of four days to be able to appear in the M.A. final year examination. The dates of the same are 28th July, 29th July, 30th July and 1st August from 2:30 to 5:30 p.m at the examination centre.
The learned ASJ permitted the applicant to take the said examination by granting custody parole. The exam of 28.07.2016 is already over and
today's examination is fixed at 2:30 p.m.
In these circumstances, it is too late for the petitioner to be able to avail of any order even if it were to be passed in his favour. Mr. Katyal submits that the Jail Superintendant shall make arrangement so that the applicant can study without any disturbance in the library at the jail. The Jail Superintendant is directed to do the needful in this regard.
In view of the aforesaid, I am not inclined to pass any orders. Dismissed.
Order dasti under the signatures of the Court Master. VIPIN SANGHI, J JULY 29, 2016 sr
