% 23.02.2016 Present writ petition has been filed with the following prayers:- "(i) MANDAMUS directing, commanding and requiring the Respondent No.1/NDMC and Respondent No.2 to forthwith stop from raising illegal and unauthorized construction and structural changes, being carried on by Respondent No.3 in the portion of property under its occupation being part of property No.1, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delh-110 001, more specifically shown in colour YELLOW in the site plan filed along with the petition as ANNEXURE:P-1.
(ii) MANDAMUs directing, commanding and requiring the Respondent No.1/NDMC and Respondent No.2 to forthwith demolish, remove all the illegal and unauthorized construction and structural changes, already carried out by Respondent No.3 in part of property No.1, Kasturba Gandhih Marg, New Delhi110 001, more specifically shown in colour YELLOW in the site plan filed along with the petition as ANNEXURE:P-1. (iii) Pass such other, further orders in the facts and circumstances of the case as this Hon'ble Court may deem fit and necessary in favour of the Petitioner."
Learned counsel for respondent-New Delhi Municipal Council, on instructions of Mr. Satvir Singh, A.E. (EBR), who is present in Court, states that the entire unauthorised construction in property bearing No.1, Kasturba Gandhi Marg, New Delhi-110 001, has been demolished. In view of the aforesaid statement, present writ petition and application are disposed of as satisfied.
