% 23.05.2017 After some hearing, the counsel for the petitioner submits that he may be allowed to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to urge all the defences in the proceedings under Section 133 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 before the Sub-Divisional Magistrate who had issued the show cause notice, which proceedings were sought to be impugned through the petition at hand.
