Petition under Section 482 of the Code of Criminal Procedure, 1973 ('Cr.P.C.') has been preferred on behalf of the petitioner for setting aside of order dated 17.09.2009 passed by the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, North District, Delhi in Crl. Rev. P. 37/09 filed by the respondent No. 2 and 3, whereby the order of framing charge against the accused was set aside. 3.

None appears on behalf of the petitioner. Even on the last date of hearing on 04.12.2024, none appeared on behalf of the petitioner. Since none appears on behalf of petitioner, petition is dismissed in default as well as for non-prosecution. Pending applications, if any, also stand dismissed for non-prosecution.
