1. By these applications jointly filed by the parties, it is pointed out that a settlement has been arrived at between them. It is, therefore, prayed that the Settlement Agreement (SA) dated 10th May, 2016 be taken on record and the petition be disposed of in terms of the SA.

2. In view of the submissions made therein, the applications are allowed. OMP 1131/2012 & OMP 1132/2012
