% 14.03.2016 Present writ petition has been filed challenging the demand raised by the respondents vide letter dated 11th April, 2013 on account of belated construction charges. During the pendency of the present writ petition, another demand dated 1st January, 2016 has been raised by the respondents.

Keeping in view the aforesaid, the petitioner is given liberty to file a fresh petition on the same cause of action challenging the new demand dated 1st January, 2016 as well as the initial demand dated 11th April, 2013.

To facilitate filing of the new writ petition, it is directed that no coercive action shall be taken against the petitioner on account of both the impugned demands for a period of four weeks. In view thereof, the present writ petition stands disposed of.
