% 08.07.2017 As per discussion it is agreed between the parties that out of the awarded amount along with interest by the Tribunal on 21.09.2013, a lump sum amount of Rs.1 lakh shall be refunded to the appellantinsurance company and the remaining amount, so deposited with this Court in the present appeal along with accrued interest shall go to the respondents No.1 and 2. The appellant shall also be entitled for withdrawal of statutory amount of Rs.25,000/-, if deposited by the insurance company with the Delhi High Court Legal Services Committee.

Nothing more remains to be done in this appeal, hence the

appeal stands disposed of.
