The present suit has been placed before the Court by the learned Registrar (Original), who has recorded in the order dated 18.07.2016 that the same has been received back from the court of the learned ADJ, North West District, Rohini Courts, Delhi, in terms of the order dated 08.07.2016 to the effect that the matter does not pertain to the said District and instead pertains to North District.

The Registry is directed to transmit the file of this case to the District & Sessions Judge, North District, Rohini Courts Complex, Delhi, on 2nd September, 2016.
