The present application has been filed on behalf of the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Regional Office, EPFO Amritsar seeking a direction that the amount which has been directed to be released in favour of respondent no.2 i.e. the Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Gurgaon be released in its favour. It is averred in the application that it is the applicant which is the concerned Authority, and it is, therefore, prayed that the amount in terms of this Court's order dated 23.04.2019 be released in its favour. 2.

Issue notice. Learned counsel for the petitioner accepts notice and does not oppose the said request. She, however, submits that since it is the applicant who has not taken steps for recovery of the said amount, they ought not to issue repeated attachment notices to

the petitioner.

In view of the fair stand taken by the learned counsel for the petitioner, the application is allowed.

The Registry is directed to release the amount to Regional Provident Fund Commissioner, Regional Office, EPFO Amritsar. 5.

The application is disposed of.
