% 07.11.2017 Learned counsels for the petitioner and respondent no. 2 submit that the matter has been settled. In terms of the settlement, respondent no. 2 has agreed to withdraw the criminal complaint, which is subject matter of this petition. It is submitted that an application has also been filed by the respondent no. 2 for withdrawal of the complaint case. Accordingly, this petition is disposed of. Petitioner is at liberty to revive this petition in case respondent no. 2 fails to withdraw the complaint case.

Miscellaneous application is disposed of as infructuous.
