After arguments this appeal is disposed of with the consent order that the parties will maintain status quo with respect to possession and title of the suit property during the pendency of the suit. Also it is made clear that respondent/defendant will have a right of ingress and egress to one room in her possession of the property and for which there is a separate entrance of the respondent/defendant.

If there are any change of circumstances entitling variation of this order, any of the parties may approach the trial court with an appropriate application. 2.

Appeal is accordingly disposed of in terms of aforesaid consent order.
