% 31.07.2018 The present petition under Article 226 of the Constitution of India, makes the following solitary prayer:
"a) issue a writ of mandamus or any other appropriate writ (s) thereby directing the respondents to exercise their powers and jurisdiction qua to conduct the CTET without any delay."

Counsel, as above, accept notice on behalf of the respondents. Mr. Amit Bansal, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the respondent No.2 states that this Court vide order dated 30.07.2018, in W.P.(C) 9237/2017, titled as 'Himanshu Dabas & Ors vs. Central Board of Secondary and Ors.', has directed them to conduct the
CTET examination 2018, on or before 16.12.2018. In view of the foregoing, the present writ petition is allowed whilst directing the respondent No.2 to positively conduct the CTET examination 2018 on or before 16.12.2018.
With the above direction, the present petition is disposed of. Pending application also stands disposed of.
