% 26.02.2016 This is a suit for partition valued at less than Rs.2 crores. Ld. counsel for parties submit that suit property is situated at Inderlok which falls under the jurisdiction of District Central, Delhi. In view of the orders passed by Hon'ble Chief Justice, Delhi High Court vide notification no. 27187/DHC/Orgl. dated 24.11.2015, the present case stands transferred to District Court (HQ) (Central), Tis Hazari, Delhi. Parties are directed to appear before the Court of Ld. District Judge (Central), Tis Hazari, Delhi on 27.07.2016.

Registry is directed to send the complete case record to the concerned District Judge by next date of hearing.

Ld. counsel appearing for LRs of Rukhaiyya Begum submits that Rukhaiyya Begum being the sister of parties to the suit, he intends to move an application seeking their impleadment.

Let such application, if any, be filed before the concerned District Judge.

Plaintiff is directed to pay the previous costs within a week. In the event costs is not paid, plaintiff shall be burdened with additional costs of Rs.5000/-.
