O R D E R

% 26.08.2015 Parties have settled their disputes before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre on the terms and conditions as stipulated in the Settlement Agreement dated 20th May, 2015, which has been signed by the parties and their counsels and also by the Mediator. Settlement Agreement is marked as 'Mark C-1'.

Defendant has handed over a cheque of `89 Lacs, photocopy whereof has been placed on record, towards the balance amount as per the terms of Settlement Agreement.

Learned counsel for plaintiff submits that as soon as cheque is encashed, chain of the documents in respect of the suit property would be handed over to defendant. Nothing survives in the matter. Parties

shall remain bound by the terms of the settlement as contained in Settlement Agreement 'Mark C-1'. Suit is disposed of in terms of 'Mark C-1'. Since parties have settled their disputes through the mediation process, let court fee be refunded to the plaintiff and necessary certificate be issued by the Registry in this regard.
