% 23.03.2018 Respondent no. 1 is present in person. Mr. Verma submits that he has brought the demand draft for sum of Rs. 1,72,000/- today. The original demand draft bearing no. 510788 drawn by the ICICI Bank, Saket Branch has been handed over to the Respondent. With this payment, the order dated 16th February, 2018 stands fully satisfied and no further orders are called for. Mr. Vishwender Verma submits that there may be other proceedings which have been filed by the Respondent in respect of the property in question bearing no. D-23, Indira Enclave, Neb Sarai, New Delhi-110068. Counsel for the Respondent submits that her client shall withdraw all other proceedings which are pending in respect of the suit property as the dispute between the parties stands fully settled with the payment being made to the Respondent No.1 which is present in person.
