O R D E R

% 17.02.2016 Counsel for the judgment debtor states that the judgment debtorcompany has been wound up in company petition no.285/2013 which is filed by the decree holder in the High Court of Judicature at Bombay and orders of the High Court of Bombay dated 12.10.2015 is placed on record alongwith the another order dated 12.8.2015.

Accordingly, since the judgment debtor-company has been ordered to be wound up, this execution petition cannot continue in the absence of permission from the official liquidator.

This execution petition is therefore disposed of for the time being with liberty to the decree holder to revive the same on permission being obtained of the official liquidator under Section 446 of the Companies Act.
