Whether the services of Smt. Anita W/o Sh. Pradeep have been terminated illegally and/or unjustifiably by the management; and if so, to what relief is she entitled and what directions are necessary in this respect?"

The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the relief sought in the writ petition stands duly met.
