% 27.07.2018 Order dated 18.04.2018 records that the plaintiff has though expired in December 2017, but none of the legal heirs have been impleaded on record till date and the stipulated period for bringing them on record has also since expired.

Today the learned counsel for the plaintiff submits that the parents of the deceased plaintiff are not inclined to continue with the suit and seeks to withdraw it.

In view of above, this suit stands abated and is dismissed. No order as to costs.
