Issue notice to respondent No.1. Learned counsel for respondent No.1 accepts notice.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner's application for custody of the children is listed before the Trial Court on 02nd June, 2017 along with the application for maintenance. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the Trial Court be directed to hear the custody application on 02nd June, 2017 and expeditiously decide the same. 3.

Learned counsel for respondent No.1 submits that respondent No.1 shall not seek any adjournment on 02nd June, 2017. The statement of learned counsel for respondent No.1 is taken on record. 4.

Learned counsel for the petitioner also submits that he shall not seek the adjournment before the Trial Court on 02nd June, 2017. The statement of learned counsel for the petitioner is also taken on record.

In view of the statements made by learned counsel for petitioner as well as respondent No.1 before this Court today, the Trial Court shall hear the custody application on 02nd June, 2017. If the hearing is not concluded on 02nd June, 2017, the learned Trial Court shall fix a short date for continuing the arguments and shall expeditiously decide the petitioner's application for custody of the children.

The petition is disposed of on the above terms. 7.

Copy of this order be given dasti to learned counsels for the parties under signature of Court Master.
