The matter has been taken up today for hearing as per the directions of Hon'ble the Chief Justice.

No one has appeared for the petitioner.

These petitions have been preferred under Section 482 of the Cr.P.C. by the complainant/payee in respect of his complaint about the dishonour of certain cheques in proceedings under Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, 1881, which led to the passing of the impugned order dated The authenticity of the order can be re-verified from Delhi High Court Order Portal by scanning the QR code shown above. 30.10.2009, whereby after taking cognizance of the offence under Section 138 of the NI Act, respondent No. 2/Company as well as four of its directors were summoned by the learned MM.

The said order was assailed in C.R. No. 5/10 before the learned ASJ, who vide order dated 18.11.2010 set aside the summoning order passed by the learned MM, primarily on the ground that respondent Nos. 4 and 5 were neither the signatory of the impugned cheques, nor they were in any way in control or management of the state of affairs of respondent No. 2/Company. 5.

The present petitions were filed on 13.12.2010. It appears that no interim order has been passed. No one has been appearing for the petitioners for the last so many dates. It appears that the petitioner/complainant is no longer interested in pursuing the present petition. 6.

Hence, the present petitions are hereby dismissed. All pending applications are also disposed of.
