% 11.10.2017 The order impugned in the present writ petition has been passed by the Jabalpur Bench of the Central Administrative Tribunal in O.A. No.671/2010 dated 25.08.2015. The jurisdictional High Court competent to deal with the impugned order is the Madhya Pradesh High Court situated at Jabalpur.

In view of the aforesaid, learned counsel for the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw the petition with liberty to file a petition before the Madhya Pradesh High Court at Jabalpur.
