After arguments this appeal is disposed of by setting aside the impugned order dated 23.5.2016 which holds that courts at Delhi have jurisdiction, but it is observed that whether or not Delhi courts have jurisdiction or not, being a disputed question of fact and requiring trial, will be framed as an issue in the suit and will be decided at the stage of final arguments in accordance with the evidences led by the parties.
