% 24.05.2016 Parties have settled their disputes. A sum of Rs.1,03,000/- by way of a demand draft has been paid by the petitioner (judgment debtor) to the respondent (decree holder) today in Court in full and final settlement of all the claims of the decree holder. This proposition has been confirmed by the client of the counsel for the decree holder. A copy of this communication has been placed on record along with copy of the demand draft.

Matter having been settled, the present petition has now become infuctuous. It is disposed of accordingly. Execution petition pending before the Executing Court also stands satisfied and the same is also disposed of accordingly. INDERMEET KAUR, J MAY 24, 2016/ndn
