Learned counsel for Respondents No. 2 to 5 draws the attention of the Court to order dated 19.09.2022, which is extracted hereunder, for ease of reference:- "1. The perusal of the record reveals that the petitioners have sought Probate in respect of the Will dated 02nd May, 2006 of Late Ms. Savitri Sehgal. However, from the contents of the Will dated 02nd May, 2006, prima facie, there is no person who has been named as an Executor and, therefore, the relief of Probate in respect of the Will dated 02nd May, 2006 of Late Savitri Sehgal cannot be claimed.

2. Learned counsel on behalf of the petitioners seeks an adjournment for clarification.

3. At request, adjourned to 28th November, 2022 for framing the issues." 2.

Order sheets indicate that after the order was passed and Petitioners were required to clarify on the issue captured in the aforesaid order, Petitioners have not been appearing in the matter since 12.08.2024. On 12.08.2024, noting the non-appearance of the Petitioners, adverse orders were deferred in the interest of justice. Even thereafter, Petitioners are unrepresented.

Even today, none appears for the Petitioners. It appears that they are no longer interested in prosecuting this petition.
