% 09.08.2018 Reply of the respondent with the authorization on behalf of the respondent is on the record.

On brief submissions made on behalf of either side it is now submitted on behalf of either side by learned counsel present that the proceedings in Suit No.16/18 filed by the respondent herein in relation to the same label pending before the learned ADJ at Tis Hazari Courts and the Suit bearing No.18/18 filed by the present appellant also pending before the very same learned trial Court are now listed for 31.08.2018 before the learned trial Court and that time bound directions for disposal of the applications under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 of the CPC in the said suits be directed which would suffice to meet the ends of justice in the instant appeal. In view of the submissions made on behalf of either side, the

learned ADJ-02, West, Delhi is directed to take up the applications under Order 39 Rule 1 & 2 of the CPC in Suit No.16/18 and Suit No.18/18 stated to have been filed by the respondent and the appellant to the present appeal respectively as pending before the learned trial Court on the date 31.08.2018 and to endeavour to dispose of the said applications by the date 07.09.2018. Pleadings of the parties in the said suits be completed within a period of 10 days from the date of this order. With these observations, it is directed that there is nothing more that survives in the instant appeal.
