This application is filed by the petitioner seeking substitution of the arbitrator Ms.Jyoti Singh, Senior Advocate earlier appointed by this court on 02.05.2016 as the sole arbitrator and to appoint a new arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the parties.

Ms.Jyoti Singh, by her communication dated 17.08.2017, has stated that in view of the e-mail sent by the petitioner, which are unwarranted, baseless, unpleasant and are not related to the present case, has informed the DIAC that she would like to discontinue as the sole arbitrator. The petitioner has been requested to refrain from making such allegations against a learned sole arbitrator appointed by this court. 3.

The petitioner requests that a retired High Court Judge may be appointed as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate the disputes between the

parties.

Accordingly, I appoint Mr.Justice R.V.Eashwer (Retd.) (Mobile No.9560899997) as the sole arbitrator to adjudicate the dispute between the parties. The arbitration shall take place under the aegis of Delhi International Arbitration Centre, New Delhi (in short 'The DIAC'). A copy of this order be sent to the DIAC and to the learned arbitrator. 5.

The application stands disposed of.

A copy of this order be given dasti under the signatures of the court master.
