% 11.02.2017 Both the counsel submit that they abide by the settlement so arrived at before the pre-Lok Adalat on 3.2.2017 and that Insurance Company shall deposit a cheque of Rs.3,40,000/- over and above the award with the Delhi High Court Legal Service Committee, within four weeks from today and in case they fail to deposit the cheque they shall be liable to pay interest on the amount so settled today @ 7.5% w.e.f. 11.2.2017 till realisation. The appeal stands disposed of.
