% 04.10.2018 W.P.(C) 7815/2018 and CM APPL 37767/2018 (for Directions) The present writ petition, as well as, the application itself are limited to a direction to the East Delhi Municipal Corporation (for short 'EDMC') to carry out the repairing and re-surfacing work on the Satnam Road located in Krishna Nagar, New Delhi-110051. Issue notice.

Counsel as above, accepts notice on behalf of the East Delhi Municipal Corporation.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the EDMC, on instructions, undertakes that, the abovesaid task of repairing and resurfacting work on the Satnam Road located in Krishna Nagar, New Delhi-110051 shall be completed by the end of November, 2018. The undertaking is hereby accepted.

No further directions are required to be called for in this writ petition.

With the above directions the writ petition and application are stand disposed of.
