% 06.08.2018 The present proceedings under Article 226 of the Constitution of India has been instituted on behalf of the petitioner praying for a direction to the respondent no. 1 to quash and set aside the decision dated 19th July, 2017 of the respondent no. 2. After some arguments, learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner seeks leave to withdraw this writ petition with liberty to file a detailed representation with the official respondent no.1 seeking affiliation for opening a new I.T.I. in terms of the extant regulations. Leave and liberty granted.
The petition is disposed of with a direction to the respondent no.1 to dispose of the representation proposed to be filed on behalf of the petitioners, expeditiously and in accordance with law, after affording the latter an opportunity of being heard.
The petition is disposed of accordingly.
