% 03.08.2016 Present contempt petitions have been filed alleging wilful disobedience of the order dated 24'^^ November, 2014 passed by this Court.

After passing of the said order, a Division Bench of this Court while disposing of LPA No. 136/2016 vide judgment and order dated tVi 18 May, 2016 has interpreted the Street Vendors (Protection of Certify that the digital and physical file have been compared and the digital data is as per the physical file and no page is missing.

Livelihood and Regulation of Street Vending) Act, 2014 as well as rules framed thereunder and has given binding directions. Consequently, present contempt petitions and applications have become inffuctuous and they stand disposed of. In the event, the petitioners are of the view that the Division Bench order is not being complied with, petitioners are given liberty to file appropriate proceedings in accordance with law.
