% 17.10.2017 CM No. 36435/2017 This is an application filed by the petitioner seeking correction of date in the order dated August 10, 2017, inasmuch as in line 4 of para 2 of the said order wherein a reference is made to the date July 22, 1998 should be read as July 22, 1988.

Mr. Devesh Singh, who appears for the respondents, on advance notice states, he has no objection for correcting the said date. Suffice to state, that the date of July 22, 1998 in line 4 of para 2 of the order dated August 10, 2017 shall be read as July 22, 1988. Application stands disposed of.
