% 05.09.2016 The petitioner is aggrieved by the unauthorized constructions being permitted by respondent No. 1 at the property of respondent No. 2 i.e. F-96, Gali No. 5, Gali No. 5 (Murti Wali Gali), Jawahar Park, Laxmi Nagar. Submission is that this construction on the aforenoted property being permitted by respondent No. 1 is illegal. On advance notice, learned counsel for respondent No. 1 has put appearance. His submission is that that the action in accordance with law will be taken and that action will be taken after affording a hearing to the private respondent (respondent No.2). This submission of respondent No.1 is noted. Action will be taken within an outer limit of four months from today.

No further orders are called for on this petition. It is disposed of.
