% 28.01.2016 Ordinarily, I would not have pecuniary jurisdiction to try the present suit, but since parties have settled the disputes in terms of the written settlement agreed dated 6.1.2016, signed by them, before the Delhi High Court Mediation and Conciliation Centre, accordingly, this suit is disposed of in terms of the settlement agreement dated 6.1.2016 and which settlement agreement will be made into a decree of this Court.
