Parties have settled their disputes in terms of the written settlement agreement dated 6.2.2018 entered into between them before the Delhi High Court Mediation & Conciliation Centre. This settlement agreement is signed by the parties. The settlement agreement satisfies the requirements of Order 23 Rule 3 of Code of Civil Procedure, 1908 (CPC). 2.

Suit is accordingly disposed of and a decree is passed in terms of the settlement agreement dated 6.2.2018, leaving the parties to bear their own costs.
