% 24.10.2017 Petitioner and respondent No.2 are neighbours. It is submitted that respondent No.2 and petitioner have now settled the matter vide settlement deed dated April 06, 2017.

It is prayed that FIR No.478/2014 under Sections 354/354-D/323/34 IPC Police Station Timar Pur may be quashed. Respondent No.2 is present in Court and has been identified by SI Surender Kumar of PS Timar Pur. It is submitted that respondent No.2 has settled all the disputes with the petitioner without any undue force, pressure or coercion. She further submits that she is not willing to pursue the FIR and

has no objections in case FIR No. 478/2014 under Sections 354/354D/323/34 IPC Police Station Timar Pur read with Section 8/12 POCSO Act, 2012 may be quashed.

Keeping in mind that petitioner and respondent No.2 are neighbours and they have now settled their disputes voluntarily, in the interest of justice, FIR No. 478/2014 under Sections 354/354-D/323/34 IPC Police Station Timar Pur read with Section 8/12 POCSO Act and the consequent proceedings emanating therefrom are quashed.

Petition is disposed of in the above terms.

Miscellaneous applications are disposed of as infructuous. Dasti.
